I’m having a moral problem with my leather. I was given my leather jacket and I bought all my boots second-hand, but still. Perhaps I should donate them. I hope I don’t start feeling this way about wool, I wouldn’t have a single thing to wear.

I know that feeling.
My friend bought me some shearling boots (they are really, really soft) but I just can't wear them unless I'm wearing thick, thick socks.

Also, I've given back my leather jacket (one of them) and my birks have suede that I need to change out to synthetic. I do have one leather jacket that has sentimental value to it that I just can't get rid of.

but oh god, now you've got me thinking about it being dead cow skin. oh, bother. I had never let myself think that about my lovely jacket before.

Phooey.

Cotton's always good.

Insert bad joke here.
